Terms of service
These terms apply to the website monitoring and maintenance services offered under the Iluguard brand.
01The service
What each plan and add-on includes is described on the home page at the time of ordering.
02Term and cancellation
The service is month to month, with no contract and no setup fee. You may cancel anytime by email; it ends at the end of the period already paid.
03Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars, payable monthly in advance by credit card. Applicable taxes are added. Any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance.
04Work outside the plan
Work beyond what is included (for example a major cleanup after a hack, or a redesign) is estimated and approved by you before it starts.
05Your responsibilities
Provide the necessary access, keep your hosting and domain name in good standing, and hold the rights to your website's content.
06Our commitments and their limits
We meet the announced response times and act with care and diligence. We cannot guarantee that a site will never go down: some causes (host, platform, third-party provider) are beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last three months, except for gross or intentional fault.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
