Who's behind it
Iluguard is built and run in Quebec by Jonathan Faustin, web developer. I built this tool to watch my own clients' websites, then decided to offer it to everyone.

No. We start with a health check of your site, whoever built it.
Monitoring (uptime, SSL, domain, DNS, hacking) works on any website. Inside checks (plugins, vulnerabilities, PHP errors) are WordPress-specific. For Wix, Squarespace or Shopify, we work in the platform's editor, as far as it allows.
We detect it, warn you and step in. A major cleanup is scoped with you before we start, so nothing is billed without your approval.
Outages are handled in under 2 hours (8 a.m. to 11 p.m., 7 days a week), or in under 30 minutes with the Priority response add-on or the Pro plan.
By credit card, monthly. After your request, we confirm the details with you and send you the payment link.
On servers located in Germany (Hetzner), reachable only over encrypted connections. Details are in our privacy policy.
