02What we collect

When you fill in the request form: your name, company name, email, phone (optional), your website addresses, your message and the options you chose.

For our clients: technical monitoring data about their websites (uptime, response time, certificates, software versions, errors) and the email address that receives reports.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. We do not store your IP address with your request.

03Why

To answer your request, provide the service, send alerts and reports, and bill you. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

04Where your information is stored, and who processes it

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH servers located in Germany, reachable only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Email delivery: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France).

Fonts: loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States), which shares your IP address with Google when the site is displayed.

AI-assisted diagnosis (clients only): during an outage, technical excerpts of the affected site (error codes, visible page text, versions) may be sent to Anthropic PBC (United States). No password or token is ever sent.

These providers are located outside Quebec. They are chosen for their security and privacy safeguards and only receive what their service requires.

05How long

Request not followed by a contract: 24 months, then deleted.

Clients: for the duration of the service, then 12 months, unless the law requires longer (invoices).

Server technical logs (which may contain IP addresses): limited in size, deleted automatically over time, used only for security and troubleshooting.

06Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@iluguard.com. We reply within 30 days.

You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

07Privacy incidents

If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.
